Onderweg ziet u in de schemer diersoorten die overdag niet te zien zijn!<\/p>\n<p>Gelegen op een heuvel met uitzicht op de Luangwa vallei, de rivier en de Chindeni Hills, treft u de luxe Chichele Lodge. De uitstraling is koloniaal en de lodge bestaat uit tien cottages met airco, minibar, een en-suite badkamer en een terras met zwembad waar u kunt ontspannen na een safariactiviteit.<\/p>\n<p>De Luangwa rivier en haar lagunes zit vol met nijlpaarden en krokodillen en de grote hoeveelheid prooidieren uit de omgeving trekt leeuwen, hyena\u2019s, wilde honden en luipaarden aan. Dit zorgt ervoor dat het South Luangwa National Park \u00e9\u00e9n van de beste plekken in Afrika is voor het spotten van wildlife waar geen dag hetzelfde is.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"highlight-item safari-item\">\n<h4><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-3570\" src=\"https:\/\/wildtimessafaris.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Dag-4-\u2013-8-Lion-Camp-South-Luangwa-National-Park.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"133\" \/>Dag 4 \u2013 8 Lion Camp, South Luangwa National Park<\/h4>\n<p>De reis van Chichele Lodge naar Lion Camp voert u naar de westerlijke oevers van de Luangwa rivier langs prachtige gebieden met veel wild. Deze tocht duurt ongeveer drie uur.<\/p>\n<p>Lion Camp ligt in het noordoosten van Luangwa National Park en is omgeven door woeste natuur en mooie open vlaktes. De negen luxe chalets liggen in een gebied dat regelmatig wordt bezocht door zebra\u2019s en olifanten, daarnaast staat het bekend om haar omvangrijke vogelpopulatie en hoge roof- en prooidier populatie.<\/p>\n<p>U kunt hier genieten van wandelsafari\u2019s of gamedrives, zowel overdag als \u2019s nachts en vooral de nachtelijke activiteiten staan garant voor een wildlife spektakel aangezien de roofdieren dan hun slag slaan. Na deze activiteiten kunt u uitrusten in het zwembad of aan de bar.<\/p>\n<p>Na drie dagen bij Lion Camp rijdt u terug richting Mfuwe, het vliegveld voor uw vlucht via Lusaka naar Lower Zambezi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"highlight-item safari-item\">\n<h4><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-3572\" src=\"https:\/\/wildtimessafaris.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Dag-8-\u2013-11-Kasaka-River-Lodge-Lower-Zambezi.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"133\" \/>Dag 8 \u2013 11 Kasaka River Lodge, Lower Zambezi<\/h4>\n<p>Uw vlucht brengt u naar de airstrip die zich in het westelijk gedeelte van het National Park bevindt. Kasaka River Lodge ligt hier vlakbij.<\/p>\n<p>Het kamp bestaat uit safaritenten met en-suite badkamers en prachtige uitzichten op de Zambezi rivier.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9\u00e9n van de grootste charmes van Kasaka is de variatie aan activiteiten die het biedt. U kunt hier game drives en wandelsafari\u2019s doen, maar activiteiten op de rivier, zoals kanosafari\u2019s en vissen maken het een bijzondere plek.<\/p>\n<p>Ter ontspanning kunt u een duik nemen in het zwembad of genieten van een drankje in de jacuzzi. De intieme en informele sfeer, in combinatie met het indrukwekkende uitzicht op het natuurreservaat met haar fauna, maken van Waterberry Lodge een ideale uitvalsbasis voor vele Zambiaanse hoogtepunten.<\/p>\n<p>De zeven stijlvol ingerichte huisjes met rieten daken met hun comfortabele bedden liggen in een weelderige bush omgeving en bieden een heerlijke plek voor een nachtrust na een dag vol spannende activiteiten.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens uw verblijf bij Waterberry Lodge kunt u een middag uittrekken om de machtige Victoria Watervallen te bezoeken.
