Description
The northern part of Laikipia is the home base of thousands of elephants, kudu and the elusive wild dog. Laikipia offers a great opportunity to see game while being on a walking safari and discover the area on foot accompanied by Masai tribe members that share their knowledge with you. We recommend doing a camel safari with the option to spend the night in the area under the stars! The Sabuk team has been organising camel safaris in the Laikipia area for over 20 years and it is a stunning way to be in the bush.
Whatever you decide to do, spending time in Laikipia will bring you adventurous days, filled with excitment but also quiet moments in the bush while enjoying the wildlife and the sounds of the bush.
Activities include: bush breakfasts, camel safaris, stargazing, fishing in the river and learning from bushcraft and skills of the beautiful Laikipia Masai people.
